Delivery
Our usual carrier is APC/Royal Mail, though some orders may need to be diverted to other carriers, for example due to size or weight restrictions. Please ensure you specify the correct delivery address during checkout, as address changes may not be accepted afterwards. Orders paid before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Public Holidays) will be dispatched same day.
We regret that we are unable to dispatch orders at weekends or on UK Public Holidays. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. This item is available for shipping within the United Kingdom and Mainland Only. The carriers will require a signature for the goods at the delivery address, so somebody needs to be there between 9.00 am and 6.00pm on the day of delivery. Your Right to Cancel

For this reason, under our returns policy you may return goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date you received them. Please see our Returns Policy above.
If you are a customer within the European Union, you also have the legal right to a cooling off period within which you may withdraw from the purchase of an item.
Your cooling off period ends 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods.
If goods have already been dispatched you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost.
Returns of Non-Faulty Items
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, you can return an unused purchase to us within 14 days of the date you received the goods.
All items must reach us in original condition, complete with all parts, instructions, accessories, covers, etc and with any seals, shrink wrap, packaging and labels intact. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, but you are responsible for paying for the carriage of items back to us.
