Orders are posted 2nd class Monday to Friday 2pm1st class and special delivery are available for an extra charge please see postage options 
Orders received before 2pm are posted the same day Monday - Friday. orders received after 2pm Friday will be posted on Monday.2nd class postage costs are included a 1st class option is available and must be selected at time of placing an order ( I cannot send invoices for postage costs)Orders are printed with the address supplied by the customer at time of checkout in accordance with s protection policy and it is very time consuming to change addresses. Although orders are posted asap Royal Mail do not guarantee a delivery date for 1st/2nd class post only Special delivery is guaranteed so please choose this option if you require your order for a certain date.The date provide is only an estimate and while most orders will arrive within the estimated time some do not especially at busy times of the year ie: Christmas and i cannot be held responsible for orders not arriving within s estimate. If however your order does not arrive within a week please contact me and i will advise what to do.  
In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect refunds or replacements will only be issued when the item is returned. A refund for return postage costs will also be issued if found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect item.
