They measure approximately 35mm across and 22mm tall  Delivery Payment Returns We are a father and son team and all orders are carefully picked, packed and dispatched with an eye kept on quality and detail.
All orders received by 1pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day wherever possible.
This does not apply over weekends or bank holidays.
Wherever possible, any item measured from a roll, will sent in one length and this applies to curtain tapes, ribbons, cords, elastic etc.  Where we have no choice but to send the item in more than one piece, then we will add an extra length to compensate for the inconvenience (please note, this is a rare exception).
Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal.  However, this method will soon change to the Ebay payments process.  We do not accept any other payment method
We fully comply with the Ebay returns process and for UK customers, you can return your item within 30 days of the purchase date with no questions asked. 
If we have made a mistake, then we will pay for the return carriage costs.
Where you have selected the wrong size or colour or quantity for example, then the cost of return carriage will be paid for by the buyer.  
The Ebay returns process is a fairly secure and fair method for dispute resolution and you should open a case and insure you select the correct reason for the return.
