Steps to Personalise your stickers:

Follow prompts to select regular postage (free)
or Express Postage (charged), and Pay
3. Email your artwork through Ebay messages:
a) Attach your own design ready for us to print directly from. Please ensure:
your design is solid black text / graphic, on white background (regardless of your print colour choice) 
the design is no smaller than 500px on shortest side. One dimensional, no fine lines, no grey scale, no shading.
Your artwork will be printed in ONE colour on the gloss white hearts.

b) We'll create a gorgeous design for you:
Describe the look you want:

describe your text and layout. (Please ensure the punctuation is exactly as you'd like it printed)
describe your taste, any graphics / flair / a border ?
You can also attach a photo in messages to demonstrate the design style you're trying to achieve, along with your description.)
4. Check your Sample
REMEMBER check your Ebay emails for 
our communication. 
Check emailed sample spelling and layout
Sample is black & white regardless of your print colour choice
Reply your approval of sample.
Note: without your messaged approval, we

5. We print &  post your stickers within two business days of receiving your final approval.

Payment must be received within 4 business days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions.
If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged

Once you receive your stickers, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. 7 days after we have dispatched your order, if we have not been notified by you of any problem, or received feedback, we will send a feedback reminder.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that payment is received in the due time as listed above
It is the customers responsibility to ensure you check the emailed sample for spelling mistakes. Your emailed approval is your final acceptance of the artwork that is to be printed on your stickers.
We take digital photograph's of your completed order alongside your printed and stamped postage envelope, on the day we send your order out.
If we design your stickers for you, the artwork remains the property of Little Sticker Co. You may purchase the graphics file from us for an additional charge.
All orders are sent via Australia Post. Your stickers are sent in a DL envelope via REGULAR letter post - unless you pay for another postage method.
Goods will be dispatched within 48 hrs of receipt of your sample artwork approval
We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Australia Post. If you are in a hurry to receive your order, it is best you pay for Express Post
