All items will be sent same or next working day after payment is complete. The item will be dispatched to the shipping address given at checkout, if you require a change of address please let us know as soon as possible with the contact us button.
It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe location, if they think it is safe to do so.
Delivery times are usually 2-3 working days, however at peak times this maybe more. In the unlikely event your item does not arrive please contact our customer service team through who will endeavour to track your item, and look at the best way to proceed.

In the unlikely even you receive a damage faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team through & include as much detail as possible & photos if appropriate. They will look at the best way to resolve the issue, which could  be a partial refund, replacement parts, replacement product or full refund.
If you change your mind : If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
