Returns About Us Thrifty Bathrooms and Plumbing offers a large range of bathroom, kitchen, laundry and plumbing supplies. Thrifty Bathrooms is based in Granville, Sydney and is a family owned and operated business with over 30 years experience in the plumbing industry. We deal with Australia's most popular brands, have access to thousands of products and can help you find anything you need for any kind of Bathroom, Kitchen, Laundry or general Plumbing project. We are open Monday to Friday 700-400 and Saturdays 800-400. We try to keep our eBay listings as up to date as possible but with over 1100 listings it is always a good idea to call on 02 9682 1642 or email us if you need something urgently or want to pick something up straight away. Payment Payment We accept paypal (the safest and securest way to pay online) or direct debit. In store you can also pay cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard. We do accept cheques but payment needs to be cleared before the goods leave the store. Please send us an email if you require any further information.
Shipping Shipping What are your delivery times? In most cases items will leave the store in 2 days or less. If there is going to be a delay we will send you an email and let you know. Multiple orders We will happily combine shipping for you. After making your purchase, please select the "request invoice" option or email us and we will merge your orders. Send us an email if you want a quote on multiple items. How do you ship? All deliveries within Australia are made via AusPost or courier depending on the cost of the book and whether you have upgraded your shipping option. Postage times will vary. Please email us if you want more information on how your item will be sent. Can I specify how I want my item shipped? If you want your item sent a particular way or need it expressed post just give us a call or email and we will do the best to accommodate you. If an item doesn't have shipping cost send us your postcode and suburb and we can send you a quote. Can I pick up from your store? You can pick up from our store but it is always a good idea to email or call us before you come down. We try to keep our listings as accurate as possible but things can be sold in store and may not get corrected on immediately.

Returns Returns All items are brand new and should reach you in perfect condition (excluding ex-display items.) Have we made a mistake? If you have received a defective item, or an item which is different from what you ordered, you must notify us within 14 days from the date you received it. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or ordering experience, please contact us by email to resolve any issues before leaving feedback. We promise to reply you the by COB the following business day. If an item is faulty Thrifty Bathrooms will pay for the shipping cost of returning the item. Please send it back and then let us know how much it cost. Once we receive your returned item we will issue a refund via the same payment method used when purchased. You will receive a full refund including shipping and handling cost. Have you changed your mind? It's human to change your mind and we are generally happy, to accept returns if the product is in new/saleable condition and returned within 30 days of shipping date. Please contact us by email anytime. We promise to reply you the by COB the following business day on how to return the product back to us. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund of the price paid less our postage and handling charges (net sale price) via the same payment method used when purchased.
